1. About these terms

These Terms of Service apply to the Viking Outdoors website at vikingoutdoorco.com, our linked Shopify store and checkout, and purchases made directly from Viking Outdoors LLC. “Viking Outdoors,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Viking Outdoors LLC, a Texas limited liability company. “You” means the person using our store or placing an order.

Please read these terms before ordering. By submitting an order after these terms have been made available to you, you agree to the terms applicable to that purchase. If you purchase for a business or another person, you must have authority to do so.

Our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Legal Notice & Product Safety supplement these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. These policies are available through our store and checkout; contact us if you need a copy. Mandatory legal protections take priority. Specific product descriptions, written warranties, and purchase terms shown when you order are not reduced by a general provision in these terms.

2. Eligibility, accounts, and permitted use

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a purchase agreement to place an order. A parent or legal guardian must make purchases for minors, including youth apparel purchases.

Provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information. Keep account credentials secure and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. You are not automatically responsible for transactions that applicable law treats as unauthorized.

Do not use the store for fraud, unlawful activity, impersonation, payment abuse, distributing malicious code, bypassing security, or interfering with other users or store operations. We may reasonably restrict access to address suspected misuse, subject to applicable law. Restricting access does not cancel your rights concerning an existing purchase.

3. Products and product information

Read the listing for your selected model, size, color, materials, included components, and availability before ordering. Accessories, pumps, furniture, or other props pictured with a product are included only when the listing identifies them as included. An optional accessory is charged separately when selected and shown in the order total.

Lighting and screen settings can affect how colors appear. This does not permit us to supply a materially different product or disregard the description you relied on. We will not substitute a different model, material, size, or other material specification without your agreement.

If a specification, compatibility requirement, or product instruction is unclear, contact us before ordering or using the product. Promotional scenes and photographs do not replace setup instructions or safety warnings.

4. Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars unless expressly stated otherwise. The applicable price, selected options, discounts, shipping charges, and taxes collected by us are shown before you submit payment. You authorize the charge for the order total you approve and confirm that you are permitted to use the payment method.

Prices and promotions may change for future orders. We will not increase the total of an existing order or add an unapproved charge without your agreement. Promotional restrictions apply only when disclosed with the offer.

Payment methods depend on the options available at checkout. Installment or financing providers may require separate eligibility checks and agreements. Their payment terms do not eliminate our obligations for the products we sell or your rights to an eligible refund.

5. Order processing and errors

An automated order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order. We accept an order when we expressly confirm acceptance or dispatch the product. Payment collection alone does not guarantee that an unavailable product can be supplied.

Before acceptance, we may decline an order for a genuine availability problem, suspected fraud, an unsupported delivery address, or a material listing or pricing error. We will notify you and promptly refund payments for products we cannot supply. We will not use an error correction to charge a higher price without your agreement. After acceptance, any cancellation or correction must respect the agreement and applicable law.

If we identify an error affecting your order, we will explain it and offer an appropriate correction or cancellation and refund. We may ask for reasonable information to verify an order, but will not ask you to email a full payment-card number or account password.

6. Shipping, freight, and delays

Our Shipping Policy explains delivery areas, rates, and restrictions. Standard ground shipping from Texas is included for Valhalla tents, camp furniture, sleep products, and electric pumps delivered to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. Apparel has separate shipping rates. Alaska and Hawaii require availability confirmation and a separate quote for larger equipment.

Expedited shipping or freight costs extra and must be confirmed before purchase. An apparel Express option does not expedite tents, camp furniture, or sleep products in the same order. Large products may arrive in multiple boxes on different days.

Shipping and preorder timeframes will be disclosed for the order. If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify you and obtain any required consent to a revised date or provide a cancellation and refund. If no shipment timeframe is stated, we will ship within 30 days or provide the delay notice and cancellation options required by law. Weather, carrier problems, and other disruptions do not remove those obligations.

Contact sales@vikingoutdoorco.com about missing packages, delivery damage, or an incorrect item. We will help investigate and provide the remedy required by the order terms and applicable law. Handing a package to a carrier does not, by itself, release us from those responsibilities.

7. Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Our Return & Refund Policy sets out the complete eligibility and return process. It allows return requests within 30 calendar days of delivery for eligible unused products. For a product shipped in several boxes, that window starts with delivery of its last box. Change-of-mind equipment returns must meet the policy's unused, unassembled, and uninflated condition requirements; apparel allows a brief indoor fit check.

Customers pay transportation for voluntary returns. Viking Outdoors pays necessary return transportation for confirmed defects, delivery damage, or products we sent incorrectly. We charge no restocking or refund-processing fee and do not deduct the cost of outbound ground shipping that was included at no charge. Paid outbound shipping is generally not refundable on voluntary returns after the service is provided, subject to the exceptions in the Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

Eligible return refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive the return, or sooner if required by law, to the original payment method. Bank posting can take additional time. Orders canceled before carrier handoff receive a full refund, including shipping charges. Contact us promptly to request cancellation.

The voluntary-return window does not shorten applicable warranty rights or remedies for defective or misdescribed products.

8. Product use, safety, and warranties

Use products only for their documented purpose and follow the instructions for the exact model, including setup, anchoring, pressure, load, care, and supervision requirements. Read the Legal Notice & Product Safety and all supplied warnings. Stop using a product that appears unsafe and contact us.

Camping involves weather, terrain, fire, and other hazards. Tents are not permanent buildings or storm shelters. Keep flames and heat away from fabric and inflatable products. A stove jack alone does not establish safe stove compatibility. Inflatable beds and furniture are not flotation devices or safe infant sleep surfaces.

Any express product warranty is governed by its stated terms and applicable law. These terms do not create a new fixed warranty duration, disclaim implied warranties, or cancel product promises made as part of your purchase. A manufacturer warranty, where applicable, does not eliminate responsibilities Viking Outdoors has as the seller.

9. Responsibility and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Viking Outdoors is not responsible for loss caused solely by a customer's misuse, unsafe modification, improper installation, or failure to follow adequate product instructions. This provision does not apply when a product defect, inadequate warning, or our conduct contributed to the loss.

Nothing in these terms releases us from responsibility for defective products, inadequate warnings, negligence causing personal injury, fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not impose a blanket injury waiver, limit all claims to the purchase price, or require you to give up mandatory consumer rights.

10. Our name, logo, and website content

Viking Outdoors™ and our Viking helmet and mountain-and-helmet logo designs are trademarks claimed by Viking Outdoors LLC. The ™ symbol indicates a trademark claim, not a representation of federal registration. Our original website text, graphics, and photographs are owned by us or used with permission; third-party marks and materials remain their owners' property.

You may use the store for lawful shopping and save copies of information for your personal use or purchase records. Do not reproduce our branding or protected content on merchandise, advertising, or another website in a way that infringes our rights or falsely suggests our approval or affiliation. Commercial permissions may be requested at info@vikingoutdoorco.com. Truthful reviews, lawful references, fair use, and other legally protected uses remain permitted.

11. Reviews and submitted content

You may share honest reviews, including negative reviews. We do not impose a fee or penalty for an honest review or require you to transfer ownership of it to us.

If you submit a review or image specifically for public display in our store, you give us a nonexclusive, royalty-free permission to display it there and make technical formatting changes without changing its meaning. You retain ownership. We will seek separate permission before using your submitted images or likeness in an advertising campaign. Submit only material you are entitled to share and avoid posting another person's private information.

We may moderate spam, unlawful material, threats, private information, or content unrelated to the product or experience. We will not remove a review merely because it is unfavorable or because we disagree with an honest opinion.

12. Shopify and other third parties

Shopify provides technology for our online store and checkout. Products purchased directly from Viking Outdoors are sold by Viking Outdoors LLC. Contact us for order, return, and product support.

Our site may link to other websites or services. If you leave our store and buy from a different merchant, that merchant's purchase terms apply. This does not shift responsibility for an order placed with Viking Outdoors to a supplier merely because that supplier helps fulfill it. Third-party payment or platform terms apply only to the services they govern and do not override rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

13. Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Policy describes our collection, use, and sharing of personal information and how to exercise available privacy choices. We may send transaction-related emails about orders, shipping, safety, and support. Placing an order is not, by itself, consent to marketing texts or any other marketing that requires separate consent. Follow the instructions in a marketing message to unsubscribe.

14. Website availability and changes

We aim to keep the store accurate and available, but maintenance and technical interruptions may occur. Contact us if an interruption affects your order or payment. Changing or suspending a website feature does not remove our obligations for accepted orders or eligible refunds.

We may update these terms for future use and purchases and will show a revised date. Material changes will receive any notice or agreement required by law. A later update does not retroactively reduce the rights or promises associated with an earlier purchase.

15. Governing law and resolving concerns

Texas law and applicable federal law govern these terms, except where mandatory consumer protections require otherwise. This choice of law does not deprive you of protections that apply in your home jurisdiction and cannot lawfully be waived.

We encourage you to contact sales@vikingoutdoorco.com so we can try to resolve a concern. Contacting us first is not a condition of exercising legal rights or reporting a matter to a regulator. These terms do not require arbitration, waive class actions or jury trials, or impose a special shortened deadline to bring a claim. Disputes may be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later. Nothing in these terms overrides a mandatory legal protection or an express commitment applicable to your purchase.
